With an MBA from Imperial College London and over twenty-two years working in financial services in Mauritius, the Middle East, and the UK, Aisha brings a wealth of both experience and expertise to her role as MD of ARIE Finance. Beginning her career as a finance auditor at BDO & Co in Mauritius, Aisha then relocated to Abu Dhabi where she worked as a Senior Finance Auditor with global financial services firm Deloitte & Touche. Aisha then joined Acura Capital as CFO with a wide range of responsibilities, including the development and implementation of strategic plans for her clients, conducting financial due diligence, financial modeling, credit risk analysis, risk management, and much more. Aisha followed this by becoming the Co-Founder and CEO of CreditSCRIPT, a fintech platform that helps institutional investors build investment portfolios to diversify their risks across P2P lending platforms. Leading a team from across the UK, UAE, and Mauritius, Aisha successfully led due diligence and onboarding of peer-to-peer platforms from the US and Middle East into the CreditSCRIPT platform of cumulative originations of USD 50 billion. Since 2020, Aisha has served as ARIE Finance’s Managing Director, overseeing the company’s growth strategy and leading its expansion into a global payment services provider.
